Nice hotel and staff rooms need updating.
Great staff good location
Rooms have seen better days they need a serious revamp. Boat from the hotel to the mail pier is only 1 every hour needs to be 1 every 30 minutes. We used a grab taxi but people without the grab app were paying silly amounts in a taxi from the pier to the hotel

Affordable and excellent 5 star hotel with great services and the friendliest staff!
Everything was great about the property…can’t complain! I really enjoyed the super spacious hotel room, large swimming pool, array of dinning options, super friendly and efficient services, the complimentary boat service to/from Saphan Taksin (Central Pier) and of course the excellent breakfast. The hotel staff were the most friendliest I have ever experienced always going out the extra mile to deliver a world class service to customers, perhaps it’s Thai hospitality which now makes sense:). I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travellers, and of course the bonus is that this hotel is located right along the river - it’s the best atmosphere especially at night when Bangkok comes alive.

Bangkok delight
Great room, we had a king suite with river view. Fantastic pool, breakfast buffet is amazing! Bar has happy hour 7-8pm and has a singer every night, and pool has happy hour 3-5pm. It's our 2nd time here and we'll be returning
